THE BALTIC INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION COURT was established in September 1999. It is non-governmental, independent institution, which acts permanently and is authorised to resolve civil disputes between legal entity and private individual, the institution is working in Latvia and
abroad. The resolution of disputes at the BALTIC INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION COURT is conducted pursuant to the Regulations thereof, as well the Section of Court of Arbitration of the Civil Process Law. The Regulations of the Baltic International Arbitration Court are developed in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Court Regulations (developed by the UN International Trade law Commission) and the Model Law, as well as observing the international principles of activity of the arbitration court
